Printing the Euro symbol from Apple Macintosh systems
Apple's OS 8.5 or later operating systems automatically support
the Euro symbol. At the time of writing, the following fonts support
incorporate the Euro symbol: Capitals, Charcoal, Chicago, Courier,
Gadget, Geneva, Helvetica, Monaco, New York, Palatino, Sand, Symbol,
Techno, Textile, Times. However, not all Brother printers are able
to print the Euro symbol using these fonts. For example, the HL-1070
printer is able to print the Euro symbol using the Capitals, Charcoal,
Gadget, Sand, Techno, Textile fonts, but it is not able to print
the Euro symbol if you use the Chicago, Courier, Geneva, Helvetica,
Monaco, New York, Palatino, Symbol or Times fonts.
